Tip of the Week

The pitcher must remain in line with his hips, elbow and knee going down the line of direction to the catcher. The key i when his front foot hits the ball and elbow must be up and the ball must be pointed away. His hips still in line to catcher and not open. PS Take a look at Nolan Ryan in this position.
