Tip of the Week

After you have a good base, you should have your hands higher than your elbows. Telling kids to have their elbows up is not necessarily wrong, but I would prefer to tell them to get their hands up by their ears. Door knocking knuckles lined up and elbows should be relaxed. Keep a loose grip on the bat until it is time to swing.
